Getting Started with Recording
Blob Opera includes a recording control for capturing a performance and playing it back. Google encourages users to record and share creations, but its public guide does not document the exact storage format or promise bit-for-bit reproduction. In the current interface, look for the recording controls inside the Google-hosted experiment.
Playback and Review
After stopping, use playback to review the shape of the performance. Listen for a clear beginning and ending, repeated gestures, and changes of register. The feature is useful for revision even without making assumptions about whether Google stores audio, gestures, or another internal representation.
Sharing Your Performance
Blob Opera allows you to share recordings via a unique link. After recording, look for the share option near the playback controls. The system generates a URL encoding your performance data. Anyone who opens the link can hear your exact performance. No account or sign-up is required on either end. This frictionless sharing model lets you create, share, and let others experience your music without any registration barrier.
